During our stay, we explored the Plaza Mayor and the Prado National Museum, both within walking distance. The neighborhood was vibrant, filled with charming restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab a bite and enjoy the local culture. The apartment was quiet at night due to the courtyard, allowing for restful sleep after our busy days. However, the shower drain was quite slow, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay that met our needs as a couple visiting the city.

The apartment felt very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the location, just a block from Gran Vía metro station, making it easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby, which added to the convenience. Check-in was smooth, and reception staff, especially Eva, were incredibly helpful. However, the kitchen facilities were sparse. Missing items like a microwave and adequate utensils made meal prep challenging. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the rooms, forcing me to go to the living room for a connection. Despite these issues, the spacious layout and proximity to attractions made the stay enjoyable.

The apartment's location is perfect, just a short walk from all major attractions and close to the Metro, making it easy for us to explore. We also appreciated the spacious layout, which offered great comfort during our stay. The nearby supermarkets were a fantastic convenience for stocking up on our vegan snacks.

Multiple rooms had inconsistencies in bedding types—one had duvets while another featured blankets that weren't even set on arrival. Heating issues made it uncomfortable, as the boiler had a 'do not touch' sign, leading to a cold night due to lack of proper bedding. One room showed signs of neglect, with a tired, moldy bathroom and stains on the sofa. Overall, this place didn’t match the expectations based on its promotional photos.

tgh gran via is in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to many attractions. the check-in staff were nice and helpful, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags before check-in. the one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of three.
